Introducing the Games Growth Guild.

The people behind game growth deserve a space built for them.

Introducing the Games Growth Guild

Today, we're proud to announce the launch of the Games Growth Guild (GGG), a collective of marketing and publishing professionals from across the games industry, spanning indie studios, mobile leaders, and AAA publishers.

From Brain Jar, Gardens, and Ruckus Games to Scopely, Riot, and Epic, our members share one simple mission: push the industry forward by lifting each other up.

Why the Guild Exists.

Marketing and publishing are some of the most collaborative, creative, and fast changing parts of game development, yet there's never been a true home for the people leading that work.

The Games Growth Guild was created to change that. It's a space for sharing real lessons, bold experiments, honest failures, and proven strategies, all designed to help the games industry grow stronger together.

We bring together experts across every discipline:

  • 🎯Community & Social
  • 📈User Acquisition & Growth
  • 🎤Influencer & Creator Relations
  • 💌Lifecycle & CRM
  • 🎟️Events & Partnerships
  • 🎨Brand, Product Marketing & PR

Through monthly talks, tactical exchanges, and peer support, GGG provides a trusted space to discuss what's working (and what isn't) across launches, growth campaigns, and go to market strategies.

A Community Led by Industry Builders.

The Games Growth Guild is guided by an advisory board representing the diverse voices shaping how games reach players:

  • Nikki Lewis
Operating Partner, Marketing & Publishing @ Haveli
  • Leo Olebe
    CEO, Olebe Media Group
  • Connor Bridgeman
    Director of Marketing, Lyrical Games
  • Jeff Legaspi

    CEO, Pragma
  • Eric Wood
    SVP Publishing, Scopely
  • Krystal Herring
    Head of Global Events, Twitch
  • Victoria Tran
Director of Communications, Innersloth (Among Us)

Together, they're helping shape the Guild's programming, from thought leadership talks to mentorship initiatives and annual recognition awards.

Voices from the Guild.

"Game developers have solved incredible technical challenges, but marketing and distribution remain the hardest problems. The Games Growth Guild brings together the industry's best to share best practices and resources to help great games find their players."
